Unlike Channel Advisor, SureDone does not charge a percentage of your sales. We charge a fixed monthly fee.
We don't require a one year contract. You can cancel at any time. But get great discounts for contracts.

Channel Advisor (Now Rithum) claims to support about 420 marketplaces but most of them are outdated or hardly used these days.

Great question! Channel Advisor has tried to shove everything, including the kitchen sink, into their platform, and it makes for a very complex product where many functions are never even used by most sellers - yet you still pay for them. They hit all of the checkboxes, but do they do each one well? SureDone, on the other hand, is focused on being REALLY good with product management, inventory management, order management, and automating as many functions as possible. We try to reduce your time to manage your sales as opposed to making you hunt for common functions in a complex toolset.
So when shouldn't you use us? If you need additional features like advertising capabilities built in. We don't have every bell and whistle Channel Advisor has, but we have all the ones you need. We also provide an open API that can handle any integrations that are not directly supported.
