- New Features:
- Walmart GTIN mapping: There is now mapping available for GTIN in Custom Field Mapping. This mapping will override the use of UPC and will not fallback to UPC if the mapped field is empty. By default if the mapping is empty, it will use the UPC field (completely backwards compatible). This ensures that if a user does not want to use the value in the upc field or requires using another field for GTIN then this may be accomplished via mapping.
- Walmart Custom ProductID Support: If the GTIN field (UPC or other mapped field) has a value of CUSTOM or Does Not Apply (not case sensitive) then SureDone will send the value of CUSTOM as the ProductId which tells Walmart that there is no official GTIN for the product (such as the case for jewelry).
- The Add Products modal in the single order editor page now allows products that do not exist in SureDone to be added to orders for tracking purposes. All products added through this modal can now be assigned weights and titles. If they have weights and titles from SureDone, those can be overridden for that specific order, if necessary.
- SureDone now normalizes all Amazon sale start/end dates to use the format expected by Amazon.
- Bug Fixes:
- Products added to an order through the Add Products modal in the single order editor page will now be correctly assigned order item IDs.
- In certain cases it was possible for SureDone to send negative stock values to eBay. This has been fixed to always send zero to eBay if SureDone stock is zero or less.

- Users are now able to control the number of API calls made to their Magento servers through a setting in their Magento instance plugin settings. The setting field's label is "Maximum write API calls per second." Setting the value of this field to an integer restricts the Magento instance to making that number of API write calls per second. Leaving the field blank will leave Magento API write calls unthrottled, as they were before this setting was introduced. API read calls are unaffected.
- Bug Fixes:
- In certain conditions, users could have seen a blank source value for eBay orders. This has been fixed.
- Improvements were made to SureDone to improve reliability when sending product payloads to Walmart and Jet.
- In some cases, revoking or not having an older eBay token could cause issues with refreshing eBay OAuth tokens and some background jobs. These issues have been fixed.
- Sometimes the Google Shopping list would either not save or not display saved fields properly. This has been fixed.

- The left bar on the Add and Edit product pages will now show a green check mark for Jet items when the following conditions have been met: the item has a title, price, and Jet category ID.
- In the Create Shipments modal, the Create Label check box can now have a default value of checked or unchecked set in the General Options section of Settings > Orders. The setting name is "UI Create Label Default Setting."
- Bug Fixes:
- When updating eBay stock to zero using the API only, SureDone would not always correctly update the stock, or set the listing to zero as would be expected from the behavior of the UI and bulk. This has been fixed so the API will now behave in accordance with UI and bulk.

- Bug Fixes:
- In some cases eBay would return the warning: "Warning Return Policy Attribute Not Valid." after updating listings. This has been corrected.
- For storefront orders in the case where multiple items were placed into the shopping cart, then all items except one were removed, and the remaining item had either fixed or freight shipping, the shippingtotal could have been incorrectly set to 0. This has been fixed.
- More fixes were implemented to prevent future recurrence of the "429 - The request limit has been reached for the resource" error from eBay.

- SureDone's automation engine now supports ftps (FTP over TLS) connections.
- SureDone now supports creating new eBay catalog products in arbitrary categories, as eBay introduces support for catalog product listing across a wider range of categories. Listing catalog products follows the same procedure as before: selecting an eBay product ID as the result of a search on the product's GTIN (UPC, EAN, and/or ISBN), MPN, or a keyword search.

- Bug Fixes:
- In some cases, attempting to authorize a new Etsy instance would result in a Failure notice being shown, even before the user attempted to validate in the Etsy pop up. This has been corrected.
- In cases where users had an ampersand (&) in their eBay Brand field, it could result in an XML parse error from eBay. This has been fixed.
- Users encountered a "429 - The request limit has been reached for the resource" error from eBay. We have worked with eBay to address the error, and taken steps to prevent it recurring.

- Order imports for eBay have been changed in the following way:
- Orders that do not have a SureDone order status of: CANCELED, COMPLETE, REFUNDED, or ARCHIVED will attempt to update the order as normal.
- If the Orders Cancel Restock setting is on for that eBay instance and the eBay order status is CANCELLED and the order has not been shipped, then stock reconciliation will occur.
- When updating SureDone orders, the fields that can be updated have been limited to: status, shipments, shipping/billing, and total.
- When using item level eBay shipping, if Shipping Service 1 (for domestic or international) is empty causing the default shipping service to be used, the cost will now be set to the Shipping Service 1 cost if it's greater than 0. Prior to this, it would default to shipping (for domestic) or internationalshipping1 (for international).
- Order imports for eBay have been changed in the following way:
- Bug Fixes:
- In some instances SureDone's ship tracking emails would be sent with a ship tracking value of "SHIPPED" for orders without ship tracking numbers. This has been corrected.

- To ensure that eBay orders are in a completed state, when ShipWorks and ShipStation request an order export, SureDone will only return orders that are at least 5 minutes old. This is to prevent sending partial orders from eBay.

- Shipping rates shown during storefront checkout now include "other_amount" returned from ShipEngine.

- In some instances, the buyer-selected shipping service for some Storefront orders was not recorded correctly in orders. This has been corrected.
- Some SureDone items that were listed to Magento could sometimes receive 500 errors from Magento and not have a product ID or Magento SKU written back to SureDone, despite the listing being created in Magento. To account for this, items like that will now automatically have their product ID and Magento SKU written back to the item, if they're missing, upon relist.

- There is a new "Overwrite" checkbox on the v1 order page next to the internal notes field. Checking this box when adding an internal note to an order will clear out the previously saved contents of internal notes and replace them with the new note.
- Bug Fixes:
- Users encountered additional shipments being created after submitting more values for shiptracking in the v1 API. This issue has been fixed, now if there is an existing shipment and shiptracking is sent to the V1 API, the value will be overwritten and no new shipment will be created.

- For Storefront users, the shipping calculator has been upgraded to use a generic shipping rate estimate provider if the selected carrier is not set up in the user's account, provided there is a generic estimator for the carrier. Current carriers with generic estimators are: USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
- In order to support eBay product based listings, SureDone will now support authenticating through OAuth for individual eBay users.
- Bug Fixes:
- Archived orders are no longer sent to ShipStation for eBay combined orders.
- The order of fields the tab key cycled through in the storefront checkout form was corrected to behave in a more intuitive way.

- The security upgrade for Storefront ensures all URLs and images are correctly displayed with SSL based on security settings described below. This upgrade does not do anything with custom templates or CSS, but does ensure all URLs and assets displayed through the storefront are properly pointing to the correct secure URLs and assets. Site secure behavior is as follows:
- If site is activated but no custom domain, the site is 100% secure.
- If site is activated, has custom domain but no custom SSL, the site is not secure but functional.
- If site is activated, has custom domain and custom SSL, the site is 100% secure.
- SureDone will now send the content of the "internalnotes" field as notes in ShipWorks.

- Bug Fixes:
- Previously, SureDone would initially import eBay global shipping program orders as status INCOMPLETE due to an issue with the addresses not populating in the order even if checkout was complete. This fix changes the behavior and sets the status to READY on import if the order is marked checkout complete by eBay since this delay is no longer an issue.
- SureDone was providing unexpected values after receiving order updates from ShipStation and ShipWorks. This has been corrected.
- The functionality of the "Save Field Order" link on the Exports page has been altered to ensure that duplicated and orphaned export headers are removed from the export headers lists, and missing export headers are correctly inserted.
- In certain situations, Fitment Trim data would disappear from product editor when adding fitment data to a product. This has been corrected.
- Some eBay orders placed using eBay's Global Shipping Program were missing eBay's unique reference IDs from the "billingcompany" and "shippingcompany" fields. This has been corrected.

- SureDone's Orders module has been upgraded to version 3. This includes the following changes:
- The value in the "order" field is now split up into "channel" and "ordernumber" fields, and "order" will still hold the combined values.
- Legacy orders, when converted to the new format, will split the legacy "order" into "channel" and "ordernumber" for channels SureDone supports.
- For orders imported with matching products/listings in SureDone, the full product data payload is saved to the order "itemdetails.product" field.

- Settings > Orders > Custom Order Item Field Mapping: Product fields that may be mapped to custom order item fields on order import for matching products/listings in SureDone.
- Split Orders: there is now the ability to split an order into multiple orders by sending in a payload array with each "itemid" and the quantity of each item per order. If more items or quantity than the order contains is sent in, an error will be returned. If there are any left over items or quantity from the payload sent in, then the remaining items and quantities will be put into an order.
- Combine Orders: there is now the ability to combine multiple orders into one order by sending a list of "oid" to combine into one order. By default, all the order order attributes will be taken from the first "oid" although any override for fields such as "ordernumber" , "transactionid", "correlationid" and any other field that is desired to be forced into place instead of inherited from the first order may be set.
- Internal Notes Upgrade: this field is now a JSON encoded array of notes keyed by date of each note. On orders conversion, SureDone converted existing internal notes to JSON keyed by "dateupdated". Notes may now be added to internal notes by sending in a string value, if valid JSON or an array is sent in the internalnotes will be merged with the new array.
- Orders v3 Shipping Upgrades:
- Label creation: we now have full support for creating UPS, FedEx and USPS (via Stamps.com) labels.
- Additional authorization is required in Settings > Shipping

- The functionality of imports and file-only imports for eBay and Amazon has changed. Previously, these operations did not edit the image fields (media1 through media10) of products in the imports. Beginning now, they will edit the media fields. For direct imports, this means the media fields will be edited for each listing that has images. For file-only imports, this means that the media fields will be edited unless those media columns are removed from the bulk file or renamed before it is uploaded.

- Walmart logs have been upgraded to log discrete add, edit, relist, end, and sold actions in addition to queue and dequeue events. Walmart actions in bulk have been upgraded to have parity with the UI.
- Because eBay no longer accepts the ExtendedHolidayReturn flag in API requests, SureDone will not send that flag regardless of channel or item level settings. This will resolve the warning "This listing is not eligible for Extended Holiday Returns," that was seen if the flag was included in an API request.

- Searching for and Selecting EPID values
Soon, eBay will be introducing product-based listing to their platform in several phases. The first phase will only cover product-based listings for a few specific items in their catalog. Then, it will affect several categories, and finally all categories will be eligible for product-based listing. This upgrade allows SureDone to support listing items to eBay with Product Reference IDs, and allows users to search for those product reference IDs within SureDone's single item editor.
To list an item to eBay's product based catalog, it must be assigned an eBay Product ID (EPID). To assign an EPID to a product in SureDone, first go to Settings > Channels and in the settings for an eBay instance select a custom field to map Product ID to.
Once this field is mapped, you can assign an EPID directly to a product by updating the product with the EPID value in the mapped Product ID Field. Subsequent relists of the product in SureDone will send the Product ID to eBay, as long as the eBay instance is not skipped.
If you don't know the correct EPID value for the product yet, you can search for it directly on the Single Product Editor page in SureDone. The Product ID must still be mapped as described above.
Product IDs can be searched for by GTIN, MPN, or Keywords. Searching by GTIN or MPN happens automatically if either the upc field or mpn/manufacturerpartnumber field is filled in. Searches by Keyword are done manually in the eBay Catalog Search section of the single product editor. This section is located in eBay instances after the Category ID field.
If a value has been entered in the upc or mpn/manufacturerpartnumber field, the search will automatically be performed on the field that contains that value. If both fields are filled in, the search will be performed on the value in the upc field.
A keyword search will be performed after entering a value in the Keyword Search field and clicking the magnifying glass icon next to the field.
After a search of any type has been performed, the search results will be available in the EPID Search Results field. If there is only one search result, the EPID will automatically be filled in the Product ID field. If the eBay catalog API returns multiple results, you will have to select a value from the EPID Search Results Field before the value is inserted into the Product ID field.
- eBay's Product Based Shopping is now supported in SureDone.

- SureDone supports adding fitment EPIDs and fitment notes through bulk in two formats: star-delimited and JSON formatted.
- These will both now be supported in the UI as well, so fitment EPID values in custom fields can be added or edited in either of these formats.
- Below is an example of JSON formatted fitment EPIDs and their fitment notes.

- A new setting has been added to Settings > Channels > eBay instance, "Fitment Interface Default." This setting lets you choose how the contents of the mapped Fitment EPID field are displayed by default. The options are star-delimited and JSON, which look like the examples above.
- This format will be used when adding EPIDs to the mapped Fitment EPID field if the mapped Fitment EPID field is blank. If the Fitment EPID field for a product already has formatted EPIDs in it, then the added EPIDs will match the existing format.

- Adding and Editing Fitment Notes
The Fitment section UI has been updated, along with improvements to the way fitment EPID values in custom fields are formatted.
The Fitment section has been rebuilt to improve usability.
For MVL EPIDs, after selecting Year, Make, and Model, users can now select either Trim or Engine. Previously, Trim could only be selected after Model and Engine could only be selected after Trim.
Now, selecting Engine before Trim will filter the options in the Trim drop down to those that have that are compatible with that engine.
Selecting Trim before Engine will still filter the options in the Engine drop down to those that are compatible with that Trim level, as it did before
The "Show All EPIDs" button removes the pagination from the Fitment EPIDs section, and instead shows all of the EPIDs assigned to that product. The button also changes to say "Enable Pagination
Clicking the "Enable Pagination" button will return the Fitment EPIDs section to the paginated format it was in before.
Fitment notes can be added through the Fitment Notes field in the Fitment Section. After selecting compatibility information (Year/Make/Model) and filling out the Fitment Note field, clicking the "Add Fitment(s)" button will add the Fitment EPIDs described by the compatibility information with the note in the fitment note field applied to each EPID.
Individual fitment notes can be edited in the Fitment EPIDs portion of the Fitment section. For each individual EPID there is a fitment note field that can be edited. Editing the fitment note and then updating the item in SureDone will save the changes to the fitment note.

- There is a new "Sync Empty Values" toggle in the Magento plugin settings section. If this toggle is turned on, then SureDone will send blank values to Magento that can clear out attribute fields on Magento. If it is turned off, then SureDone will only send attribute fields that have values, and no blank fields.
- Information from the Fitment section can now be sent to Magento. By default, only fitment information for the first instance of eBay will be sent. In order to send information from an eBay instance other than the first, you must contact support to have your settings changed. In order to send fitment information to Magento, the eBay Fitment Converter Field and its associated delimeter fields must be filled out. The eBay Fitment Converter Field should be filled in with the field name of the Magento attribute that will receive the fitment information.
- There are two different ways to fill out the rest of the fields. The first option will send fitment values to Magento in a JSON format:
- The second way will send in fitment values to Magento in a flat format. The flat format will only send Year, Make, and Model for the EPIDs in the Fitment section. For this format, fill out the Compatibility delimiter, Aspect Delimiter, and Notes delimiter with characters that will be used to separate these types of information in the Magento field.
- Bug Fixes:
- After the upgrade to exports, a UI change was added that required a search string to perform an export. This has been fixed and UI exports are back to not requiring a search string.
- Some users were unable to see their Custom Fields in the single product editor UI after the addition of custom field groups. This has been corrected and custom fields are visible again in the UI.

- The Export page has been improved to allow saving prouct exports and reordering export fields.
- The exports page has been improved to allow exports to be named and saved, as well as to allow export fields to be rearranged so they appear in the bulk file in a specific order.
- These new features work at a subuser level, so users can have exports ordered in a way that fits their workflow.
- To support these new features, some new fields have been added: Saved Exports, Export Name, Add Export Fields, and Edit Export Fields.
- Load Product Exports
- To load an existing export, select the name of the export from the "Saved Exports" dropdown.
- Once selected, the settings and fields for that export will be displayed on the page, so it can be reviewed or edited before creating the export.
- Saving a Product Export
- To save an export, it must have a name, a search, and some fields in the Edit Export Fields field. Otherwise, the save button will be grayed out, and you'll be unable to save the export.
- Once those criteria are met, you'll be able to click Save.
- After clicking Save, a green message box saying "Your export was saved" will be shown once your export has successfully saved.
- Rearranging the "Add Export Fields" Field for Product Exports
- The "Add Export Fields" represents all of the possible fields that can be exported from SureDone. The order can be changed by dragging and dropping a field name to its desired position.
- Here, the price field is being moved up to be located just after guid.
- Now price is in the desired location, and you can click on "Save Export Fields Order" to save the new order of these fields. After clicking, a green success message will be displayed once the new order has been saved.
- When using exports in "Remove" mode, the fields in the "Add Export Fields" field will be the ones exported, and the will be exported in the order they appear in the "Add Export Fields" field.
- Rearranging the "Edit Export Fields" Field for Product Exports
- The "Edit Export Fields" represent the fields that will be included in the export when the export mode is set to Include.
- The fields in Edit Export Fields will initially be shown in the order they were added to the field. They can be rearranged by dragging and dropping them into the desired order.
- Here, guid will be moved up to be just below id in the export list.
- Now guid is in the desired position in Edit Export Fields.
- Removing Fields from Edit Export Fields
- Removing a field from the list of Edit Export Fields is done by clicking the X to the right of the field you want to remove.
- Here, title is going to be removed by clicking the X to its right.
- Here, we can see that title is no longer in the list of Edit Export Fields.
- Bug Fixes:
- Walmart orders will now use Walmart's customerOrderId rather than purchaseOrderId to construct the order number. The use of purchaseOrderId was causing issues with some shipping integrations. The value for purchaseOrderId will still be saved as the transaction ID for Walmart orders.
