How is SureDone different from SellBrite
SellBrite is a very simple multichannel e-commerce software solution that is designed for small sellers, but small sellers with goals to become larger and to automate more of their workflows should look at alternative solutions. And larger sellers will quickly recognize that the Sellbrite platform is very limiting. As an example, SellBrite is proud that they do not require spreadsheets in order to update items. SureDone does not require them either - as we have an amazing user interface for managing your products one by one - but as soon as you want to make bulk changes to hundreds or thousands, or hundreds of thousands of items, you absolutely need better bulk tools.
So what are some of the primary differences?
- Unlike Sellbrite, SureDone includes the ability edit items in bulk in both our user interface and using uploaded files - including uploading images in bulk.
- SureDone supports kits & bundles, and even bundles of kits and bundles of bundles. And we can derive both pricing and inventory levels from their components. Sellbrite has no kit & bundle support. Kits & Bundles are a great way for sellers of any size to differentiate themselves.
- SureDone has strong automation tools for everything from FTP/CSV automations to EDI, and can be used for automating inventory, pricing, orders, tracking, catalogs or any other type of data input or output. Sellbrite does not have the ability to automate data imports and exports.
- Sellbrite limits their free platform to 30 orders per month. SureDone doesn't start charging until you have $10,000 of monthly sales or 10,000 items.
- SureDone offers unique marketplaces like Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Stores, and shopping cart integrations like Magento, 3DCart, Webshop Manager and more, in addition to the favorites such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Google, Etsy, and carts like BigCommerce, Shopify, and our own integrated shopping cart! Sellbrite offers access to only the basic marketplaces and shopping carts.
- Sellbrite charges extra for their FBA add-on. SureDone doesn't.
- Just like SellBrite, SureDone can print shipping labels directly from inside our platform. But Sellbrite limits you to just USPS, UPS and FedEx for shipping. SureDone can also generate labels for shipping services such as Amazon Buy Shipping and certain freight carriers.
- SureDone supports eBay Motors, with the ability to incorporate vehicle fitment, connections to data providers like DCI and SDC, and dozens of integrated data connections to suppliers. Sellbrite has no support for automotive and motorsports parts and accessory sellers.
- Sellbrite was purchased in 2019 by mega-company GoDaddy. They are still working to figure out where the product sits in the GoDaddy structure. With one stroke of a pen, Sellbrite could be no more. SureDone, on the other hand, is dedicated to just supporting the multichannel e-commerce seller.
